When a student is on leave without prior permission his/ her parent is required to come & submit a leave letter on the same day.
No Absence without sanctioned leave for more than six consecutive days renders a student liable to have /his /her name struck off the rolls. Re- admission ,if granted will be done on payment of Rs.1000 /- (One thousand).
Once in school , a student is not permitted to leave without a previously sanctioned application letter.
If a student falls sick, his/her leave application should be sent within 2 days. If he/she continues to be sick, a medical certificate needs to be produced. When the student rejoins, a 'Medical Fitness Certificate' from the same doctor must be submitted to allow the student to rejoin with an application.
Half day leave is not permitted during working day.
